Lockheed L-1049H Super Constellation
Argentine airline TSA-Transcontinental SA operated several Super Constellation in the 50’s. This is one of them.
Lockheed L-1049H Super Constellation of TSA-Transcontinental SA.
Reg. LV-FTV Lockheed L-1049H Super Constellation c/n 4847, ex N5406V, N6636C then LV-PKZ. Later that year, the paint scheme was kept but Transcontinental was overpainted by Slick Airways and registration changed to N469C.
Seen derelicted at Sebring - Regional (SEF), Florida, USA on November 1984 and eventually dismantled in 1987.
