I agree with all of Sixcyl's categorisations, except if there is both a unique number and name, these should be included - is this the case for the Aerospatiale and Bristol ones?

I've noticed on Olympus Has Fallen that, although the thumbnails didn't work initially, over time they have begun generating correctly.

Maybe its just takes a while to generate them?
