Slingsby T.56 seen in Darling Lili.
The Slingsby T.56 is a replica of the Royal Aircraft Factory S.E.5A at 0.83 scale. Based on the Currie Wot (designed during the 1930's as a single-seat aerobatic biplane aircraft), six were built in 1967 for Darling Lili. They were powered by 115 hp Lycoming O-235 engines with dummy exhausts and other modifications like dummy guns. Despite their small scale but realistic shape, they were used in several other movies the following years.
