Pilot Tagilov and doctor Tanya rescue the wife of a lighthouse keeper who has ended up on Wolf Island. After a helicopter crash, they help a woman in labor and protect her baby from poacher Nifont. As a result of their shared trials, Tanya and Tagilov grow closer to each other.
