Schley Ride to series
This travelogue from the 1960s is a “Picturelogue”, one of a series of films created and presented by Norman E. Schley, a filmmaker based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The film is made of two reels about Spain, portraying tourist attractions, different small and major cities, and visits to surrounding Spanish islands. The camera team also takes a short trip to the city of Tanger in Morocco. This version of the film is (mostly) silent, but a sound version was produced and shown by Schley, possibly in front of a live audience or on television. The credits indicate that the script for this film was written by John Bakke.
