Three of the four principal HL-10 pilots are seen here with the lifting body aircraft. They are, left to right; Air Force Major Jerauld R. Gentry, Billy Bob Thornton's face in place of Air Force test pilot Peter Hoag, and NASA pilots John A. Manke and Bill Dana.

North American X-15-1

Original picture (*) of Neil Armstrong seen next to the North American X-15-1 after a research flight. His face was digitally modified with Billy Thornton's one.
(*) date probably on 9 December 1960 when Armstrong made his second X-15 flight, the first flight to use the ball nose, just near his right hand.
