Used by Red Troop in episodes 1.01 The Killing House, 1.03 Natural Selection and 1.04 Breakout.
All of these captures are from episode 1.01.
Series Two
Agusta-Bell 206B JetRanger II
At the end of 2.06 Dead is Forever, Red Troop use this helicopter to leave a Diamond Mine where they have been involved in a fire fight. An obvious goof is despite the fact that the episode was set in an unnamed Soviet country the British registration is visible.
Registration G-FEZZ. Serial number 8317.
Aérospatiale AS355F1 Ecureuil II
The second of the two helicopters used to extract Red Troop at the end of Dead is Forever which also has a visible British mark.
Registration G-BOSN. Serial number 5256.
Boeing Chinook
Seen earlier in 2.06 Dead is Forever. It is seen above Red Troop supposedly carrying enemy troops.
Series Three
McDonnell Douglas DC-10-10
An armed terrorist cell protesting about the Chinese occupation of Tibet hijack this jet in episode 3.01 Deadlier Than the Male and hold it and its passengers at gunpoint on the runway. Red Troop have to get onboard and defeat the terrorists.
In the colours of made for movie airline Oriental Airlines and with the fictitious registration M-BPPL it is really G-DPSP formerly of Airtours International and MyTravel Airways.
Also seen in the background, another DC-10 almost identical to the one in the main plot.

As well as this a Hercules is seen in the opening titles of Series Four.

From 4.03 The Dividing Line. This (CGI?) helicopter is used to assault an al-Qaeda training camp along with Red Troop and US Special ops on the ground.
