Actually acc. to pl.wikipedia, although at its rootes Mi-2 was a Soviet project, it was produced only by PZL in Poland (to check by bigger experts than me). - I've added link to "pl.wikiepdia". I guess it is better than nothing. Also the Mi-2, due to this series production land will be a "PZL Mi-2".
