Registration XA-GOQ, c/n 2503. Delivered new to PAA-Pan American World Airways in June 1947, registered NC86520, named Clipper America. Inaugurate "Round the World" service. Leased to Aerovias Guest S.A. in January 1948, registered XA-GOQ. Returned to Lockheed Aircraft Corp. in December 1948. Sold to Air France in January 1949, registered F-BAZR. Leased to Air Vietnam in October 1955, returned to Air France in July 1956. Leased to RAM-Royal Air Maroc in February 1960. Withdrawn from use in October 1960. Bought by Armée de l'Air in January 1962, registered F-ZVMV, converted to turboprop testbed aircraft. Delivered in April 1963 to CGTM-Compagnie Generale des Turbo Machines to test TM Turmo, TM Bastan & GE CF700. Transferred in February 1966 to CEV Base aérienne 125 Istres-Le Tubé Istres (LFMI/QIE). Wfu in December 1974. Bought by Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace - Le Bourget in July 1975.
