Transferred to Pan Am in January 1980, renamed Clipper Evening Star. Bought by American Airlines in June 1984, re-registered N146AA, named 146. Leased to Hawaiian Airlines in May 1994. Returned to American Airlines in January 1996. Sold to Federal Express in December 1996. Wfu and broken-up in May 2002 at Phoenix Goodyear (KGYR/GYR).

Returned to American Airlines in January 1996. Bought by CIT Leasing in January 1997. Stored at Pinal Airpark,Marana USA (KMZJ/MZJ). Bought by Omni International leasing in July 1997, and operated by Omni Air International in November 1997, registered N360AX. Stored at International (Tulsa KTUL/TUL) in July 2002 and broken-up in June 2003.
