Sean Jones witnesses the murder of a Los Angeles prosecutor while on vacation in Hawaii. Neville Flynn of the FBI escorts him to L.A. to testify against the killers, but a horde of aggressive, deadly snakes infests their South Pacific Airlines flight en route.
