I think that's a great pick. The 2nd pic reminds me of the Canadair CL41/CT114 but I have never seen one with tip tanks. A retired military controller friend of mine claims to have seen one @Cold Lake, in the "experimental" hangar.

Further searching convinces me this is a MS 760B. The antenna mount behind the cockpit is rather unusual. Seems to discount other possible candidates. The swiss air force aircraft roster I found shows no MS760 but...

Unidentified Jet

That seems like a pretty good guess, but I'm not really a plane expert so there could be other things that look very similar. G-MANN
