F-117 vs B-2
Despite the third screenshot (of the underside) could let think to the Northrop B-2, the two others pictures (displaying the cockpit area) show undoubtedly a Lockheed F-117. LVCDC 00:46, 18 May 2014 (MDT)

Was fimed at Launch Pad 39B. This is recognisable by the background.
This Space Shuttle looks like the Discovery by its wing design but it could also be the Challenger or Atlantis. I found a similar video of a Challenger launch with a bird flying by at the same point. So it could be the Challenger Shuttle.
