Registered HB-XTE in a first incident in 1992.
Crashed on 13 June 2018 at 0911 killing the 59 years old pilot whilst the helicopter was performing an underslung load operation at Loch Scadavay, South of Lochmaddy, North Uist, Western Isles, Scotland.

Reg. G-BVLG (was first N57745, N11FH, N28FH) Aerospatiale AS355E TwinStar c/n 5011 built in 1980 and later modified to AS355F1 Ecureuil 2.

Despite the POLICE markings, the real owner's logo (PDG Helicopters) is visible.
