Documentary (2022)
German title: Widerstand – Die Résistance
English title: The Resistance - Heroes of France
Starring:
Alexis Moncorgé (Narrator)
Yvan Gaillard (Editor)
Patrick Rotman (Director)
When Marshal Pétain decided on the armistice on June 17, 1940, many French people did not accept the debacle and entered into resistance. After the first "tinkered" resistance acts of the beginnings, the army of shadows is organized into networks and their actions are gaining momentum. Through the intertwined destinies of around thirty men and women, this documentary series reconstructs the puzzle of the Resistance.
