Serial number (s/n) 44-30483 and buzz number BD-483 North American B-25J Mitchell of the USAF. Sold to RCAF (Royal Canadian Air Force) as 5217 short after the filming. Became N92887 in 1963.

Not just archive footage, but a rarity!
Douglas C-74 Globemaster s/n 42-6540 c/n 13916 built in 1946 identified by its buzz number CN-405.
This airframe, the third delivered, flew very little as it was diverted for static test duties (to destruction!) following the crash of the second aircraft (September 1945).

Stinson 108-1 Voyager

Reg. N8229K Universal Stinson 108-1 c/n 108-1229 used for a live demonstration of jet fighters intercepting a radio command light aircraft.
On 30 March 1979, aircraft supported substantial damages due to rolling nosed over (landing rollout on snow-covred terrain during precautionary landing off airport, airspeed instruments and material failure).
