Jacques Bernis and Geneviève Herlin have been friends since childhood, and probably longer. But Jacques is now a pilot for Aéropostale and has not been back to mainland France for two years. When he learns that Geneviève, who is married to the French ambassador to Poland, will be returning to France for three weeks, he does everything he can to ensure that his leave is not postponed, despite urgent requests from his superiors and the needs of the service. Please note the two aircrafts have a slighty different layout of their struts.
The cockpit view is a set with some big differences with the real one. A surprising choice as Antoine de Saint-Exupéry himself flew the two aircrafts during the filming.
