The film is set in the early days of motoring, and is based on the memories of a participant in car and motorcycle races. It tells the story of three major international races in France.

Sold to Aerocondor Colombia in November 1967, registered HK-756. Converted to freighter Douglas DC-6F in 1970 with Aerocosta Colombia. Written off on July 10th 1975 after collision with a Lockheed L-188A Electra HK-1976.
