Maybe serial 1448, c/n 62131? But this airframe was written off on 20 January 1977, so this footage would've had to been filmed earlier.

Registration N66228. This airframe was reportedly substantially damaged in a gear-up landing at Van Nuys Airport on 9 November 1975.
