Boeing 737-2K5

Air France received its first Boeing 737 in 1982 to replace its old Caravelles. This aircraft and the following batch of 16 was built in Air France's standard configuration with suffix 737-228. This one seen on landing approach is one of 5 aircraft of the type bought on the second-hand market in the 1990s. See description below.

Leased to ACI-Air Charter International in March 1988, registered F-GFLV. Transferred to Air France in November 1998. Transferred to Tasfund Ireland Ltd in July 2001, registered N250TR. Sold to Triton Aviation Services in October 2001, leased Pace Airlines, sub-leased by Patriot Air until October 2002. Chartered by Hooters Air in February 2003. Leased to [[:Category: Aloha Airlines|Aloha Airlines] in 2006, then to Pace Airlines in December 2007. Returned to Triton Aviation Services. Wfu and broken up in September 2009.
