Hawker Siddeley HS.121 Trident 3B

A Hawker Siddeley Trident 3B operated by British Airways (previously BEA) is seen in the background.
An unusual modification to increase take-off performance on the larger Trident 3B, was the addition of a smaller engine in the tail, the exhaust of which is just visible here above the main engine. The engine was only used at take-off and shut-down during normal flight.
