Makoto Kido is a rather unconventional science teacher with image of a liberal and a bit distracted guy. He is called by his students "bubble gum" due to the gum he always chews. However he also has a second, secret face of a self made atomic bomb constructor. Finally having in his hands such a deadly weapon, he is starting to feel how much power it gives him. Now he can blackmail the government and ask for everything, including the only thing he really wants...
