Two stupendous, amazing air actions need uncommon skills and so the pilot are named in the opening credits (even at the end, it's uncommon, so during the opening it is more outstanding ! ) :

meaning :
The IL-14 aircraft was flown by the crew of the honoured pilot of the USSR Mikhail Stepanovich Kuznetsov.
The An-2 and Yak-12 are manned by the crew led by D. Ezhovkin and V. Gordeeva and M. Bryachko.
