I faced big problems to uploade the full code page. Each screenshot has been correctly put on line but to save the whole page was several times blocked by out-of-time returns. Usually, when a picture isn't correctly displayed, a new "preview" or saving page step by step (not putting all the image files in one time) allows to fix the problems. As I need sometimes two or three trials (at 5 minutes each) for a small group of 4 or 5 screenshots, for nearly 90 images, it was too time consuming and so I put all the code in one time. I will rework this in the coming days ... but the server seems still too busy even when changing just a letter in a minor change action ! Sorry for the inconvenience.
