756 stands for BuNo 133756 of the XFJ-2B prototype here firing a burst with her two (starboard) 20mm guns ... a continuity error as this action is seen in place of the Grumman Cougar.
754 (BuNo 133754) is the first prototype of the North American NA-179 (or XFJ-2 Fury for the U.S. Navy) alongside the BuNo 133755 (second prototype) with a McDonnell F2H-4 Banshee in the foreground.
