The success of a fictional Russian airport management is assessed only by the safety of flights. It turns out that the airport can operate quite successfully without taking any aircraft, providing absolute safety and maximum bonuses to the headstaff. It takes some times before ordinary employees and passengers realize the airport is not functioning. Now, they need to take the power into their own hands.
